近些年来,国内外对生物固氮的研究报道很多。生物固氮不但应用于大豆,而且应用于小麦、水稻、玉米、牧草等。我省对根瘤菌的生产和应用很重视,发展很快。全省根瘤菌肥施用面积“七五”期间已发展到500万亩。根据调查,大豆施用根瘤菌肥一般增产5~10%。随着根瘤菌肥施用面积的推广和扩大,对根瘤菌的施肥方法,施肥期和适宜的土壤环境,许多科学工作者都在探讨、研究并积累了许多经验。对土著大豆根瘤菌在自然条件下和大豆共生固氮量的研究,国外报道很多,国内近年也有报道。本文所要报道的,是土著根瘤菌对不同品种的大豆和不同的根瘤菌株的共生固氮效
