TAweekly:中国商联会奥特莱斯分会牵头起草的《奥特莱斯企业经营管理要求》行业标准即将出台的消息引起业界关注,中国奥莱标准出台的背景是什么?万文英:奥特莱斯作为一种“舶来品”起源于欧美,不包括中国在内,目前世界上已经有500多家奥特莱斯项目。从2002年中国首家奥特莱斯开业起,我们看到有一些商业项目打着“奥特莱斯”的旗号,却并没有贯彻“名牌+折扣”的理念,而只是尾货处理市场、特卖场和打折区。目前,国内大概有几百家奥特莱斯,但真正做得好的项目不太多。所以,商务部认为有必要出台一个规范,意在让在中国发展十余年的奥特莱斯在一些不太正规的方面进行“纠偏”。
