文章在介绍了SDRAM基本操作的基础上,提出了一种用于彩色电视色度解码电路的SDRAM接口设计并使用FPGA完成该接口的实现。根据色度解码电路的数据处理特点,通过合理使用SDRAM的PingPang读方式和fullpage写方式,高效率无停顿地完成数据写入和读出操作。实现了硬件电路和SDRAM之间的高速数据吞吐。
Based on the introduction of the basic operation of SDRAM, this paper presents an SDRAM interface design for color TV chroma decoding circuit and the implementation of this interface using FPGA. According to the chroma decoding circuit data processing features, through the rational use of SDRAM PingPang read mode and fullpage write mode, efficient non-stop data write and read operations. Achieved high-speed data throughput between the hardware circuit and SDRAM.
