为了更好地贯彻执行《国务院关于开展一九八六年税收、财务、物价大检查的通知》精神,保证这次大检查工作的顺利进行,现对贯彻《通知》的有关问题,提出以下几点具体安排意见: 一、关于检查的步骤问题.这次税收、财务、物价大检查,大体上分为自查、重点检查、核实处理和整改建制四个阶段.这四个阶段是相互联系的,应交叉进行,各有侧重.每个阶段的具体时限和要求,各地区、各部门可根据各自实际情况自行确定. 在自查阶段,各地区、各部门除了要抓好面上的自查工作外,还要抓紧做好以下几项工作:
