一、加强领导,妥善解决当前职业教育存在的问题1、加快地方性职业教育的立法工作。促进职业教育发展是一项根本性的工作,用法律形式对我省职业教育的培养目标、专业设置、学制长短、办学条件、经费来源、教师资格、教师进修、考试办法、管理制度、政府和行业企业以及社会在发展职业教育中的权责等等,都做出明确而具体的规定,使我省职业教育的发展有法可依、违法必究。
