本文认为两岸绿能产业发展各具特色,但合作尚处在起步阶段。随着两岸绿能产业技术创新能力的显著提升以及生产成本的持续下降,两岸绿能产业发展高潮将于2025年前后相继到来,早于全球绿能产业高潮爆发点。两岸绿能产业合作未来应上升为两岸新兴战略性合作产业,以便占领全球绿能产业发展制高点、把握绿能产业发展先机,实现两岸经济合作的真正跃升。
This paper argues that the development of green energy industries across the Taiwan Strait has its own characteristics, but the cooperation is still in its infancy. With the significant improvement in technological innovation capacity of green energy industries across the Taiwan Strait and the continuous decline in production costs, the peak of the green energy industry across the Taiwan Strait will come around 2025, ahead of the explosion point of the global green energy industry climax. The future cooperation in green energy industries across the Strait should rise to emerging cross-Strait strategic cooperative industries so as to occupy the commanding height of the global green energy industry, seize the opportunities in the development of green energy industries and achieve a real rise in economic cooperation across the Taiwan Strait.
