经过近10多年的快速发展,我国已成为名副其实的期刊出版大国,但是科技期刊的发展在品种、数量规模与质量效益等方面还存在许多不相适应的地方。现阶段,科技期刊的发展已从数量增长为主转变为以质量提高为主。文中分析了科技期刊如何围绕提高学术质量这一主线,从稿源、审稿、服务等方面形成一套办法和机制,实现整体学术质量的提升。
After nearly 10 years of rapid development, our country has become a veritable magazines publishing country, but the development of sci-tech periodicals still has many incompatible places in terms of variety, quantity and quality benefits. At this stage, the development of sci-tech periodicals has shifted from quantity growth to quality improvement. This paper analyzes how sci - tech periodicals focus on improving the academic quality of the main line, from sources, reviewers, services and other aspects of the formation of a set of methods and mechanisms to achieve the overall academic quality improvement.
