清洗是使用物理或化学的方法去除物品表面的有机物、无机物及污染物的过程,使其达到最高的安全水平[1]。使用后的医疗器械被血液、体液、分泌物等有机物污染,而管腔器械管腔细、长度较长,造成有机污染物不易清除,时间一长容易形成生物膜影响灭菌效果。有机物中的某些成分又可腐蚀器械的表面涂层,引起器械返锈,造成医疗成本增加。为提高器械的清洗质量,本文比较了三种清洗管腔器械方法的效果。1材料与方法
Cleaning is the use of physical or chemical methods to remove the surface of organic matter, inorganic matter and pollutants in the process, to achieve the highest level of safety [1]. After use, the medical device is contaminated by organic substances such as blood, body fluids and secretions, and the lumen of the lumen device is thin and long in length, which makes the organic pollutant difficult to be removed and biofilms are easily formed over time, thereby affecting the sterilization effect. Some of the organic components can corrode the surface coating of the device, causing the device to rust, resulting in increased medical costs. In order to improve the cleaning quality of the instruments, this paper compares the effects of three methods of cleaning the lumen devices. 1 materials and methods
