针对抗血栓压力循环装置的检测需求,设计开发了一套测试系统,并实现了一种压力传感器精度测定的新方法。该方法基于人机交互测试模块,实现了信号多路控制和多路采集功能,并采用线性插值对实验中各测试点进行了多项式拟合,得到了压力传感器的精度系数。结果表明,本测试系统可方便高效地完成对待测压力传感器的精度测试,能有效地校准其参数,使待测压力传感器能准确地用于抗血栓压力循环装置中,推广和应用前景良好。
In order to detect the antithrombotic pressure device, a set of testing system was designed and developed, and a new method for measuring the accuracy of pressure sensor was realized. Based on the human-computer interaction test module, this method realizes the signal multi-channel control and multi-channel data acquisition function. The linear interpolation is used to fit the test points in polynomials. The precision coefficient of the pressure sensor is obtained. The results show that the test system can easily and efficiently complete the accuracy test of the pressure sensor under test and can effectively calibrate the parameters so that the pressure sensor to be tested can be accurately used in the anti-thrombus pressure circulatory device with good prospect of promotion and application.
