为研究高效氯氟氰菊酯在杨梅果实上使用后的残留降解情况,2014—2015年连续2年,分别以‘东魁’‘临海早大梅’杨梅为试材,在杨梅春梢(幼果)生长期树冠喷施5%高效氯氟氰菊酯微乳剂1 000倍液,分析其在杨梅果实中的残留消解动态和最终残留量。结果表明:高效氯氟氰菊酯在‘东魁’‘临海早大梅’果实中半衰期分别为6.5、8.2 d,前期降解较快,后期降解慢;喷药后20 d果实中的残留量分别为0.081、0.100 mg/kg,达到我国浆果和其他小粒水果中最大残留量标准;至采收期,即喷药34 d后,果实中高效氯氟氰菊酯残留量分别为0.034、0.068 mg/kg,远低于国标0.2 mg/kg的限量标准。建议5%高效氯氟氰菊酯在杨梅生产中施用浓度不超过1 000倍液,喷施1次,推荐安全间隔期不少于20 d,出口杨梅在挂果期不要使用。
In order to study the residual degradation of lambda-cyhalothrin after the use of bayberry fruit, two consecutive years from 2014 to 2015, Fruit) were sprayed with 5% lambda-cyhalothrin microemulsion 1 000 times during the growth period, and their residual digestion dynamics and final residues in Myrica rubra fruit were analyzed. The results showed that the half-lives of lambda-cyhalothrin in the fruits of ’Dongkuizao-da-da-mei’ were 6.5 and 8.2 days, respectively. The half-life of lambda-cyhalothrin was faster in the early stage and slower in the late stage. Which reached 0.081 and 0.100 mg / kg, respectively, reaching the maximum residue standard in berries and other small fruits in China. After harvesting for 34 days, the residues of lambda-cyhalothrin in fruits were 0.034 and 0.068 mg / kg, much lower than the national standard 0.2 mg / kg limit. Proposed 5% lambda-cyhalothrin in the production of bayberry in the concentration of not more than 1 000 times, spraying 1, the recommended safety interval of not less than 20 d, export bayberry do not use in the fruiting period.
