近日河北省委作出决定,在全省范围内广泛开展向塞罕坝机械林场先进群体学习的活动。塞罕坝机械林场位于围场满族蒙古族自治县北部,内蒙古高原南缘和浑善达克沙地的最前沿。自1962年2月建场以来,塞罕坝机械林场几代人历经52年的艰苦创业、顽强拼搏,在平均海拔1500米,年均气温-1.4℃,最低气温超过-43℃的高寒区内,成功建造出森林总面积112万亩、资源价值超153亿元的世界上最大的人工林,为华北地区筑起了一道坚实的绿色屏障。
Hebei Provincial CPC Committee recently made a decision to carry out extensive activities in the province to learn from advanced groups in the Saihanba Machinery Forest Farm. With an average altitude of 1,500 meters, an average annual temperature of -1.4 ℃ and a minimum temperature of -43 ℃ , Successfully constructed the world’s largest plantation forest with a total area of 112 mu and a resource value of over 15.3 billion yuan, thus building a solid green barrier in North China.
