近十几年来,新课程改革进行得如火如荼,不论课程的功能、结构、内容,还是实施、评价和管理,都比原来的课程有了重大创新和突破,形势一片大好,且有继续深入的趋势,在这样的课程背景下,作为一名语文教师,我们面临着巨大的角色转换任务。如何适应新课程发展,落实新课程理念,更好地实现专业成长?是摆在我们面前的重要议题。笔者结合自己从教十年的教学体会与感悟,总结出了语文教师获得自身专业成长的三大攻略。
Over the past decade or so, the reform of the new curriculum has been in full swing. All major innovations and breakthroughs have been made in the curriculum, regardless of the function, structure, content, implementation, evaluation and management of the curriculum. The situation is promising and there are continuing trends In the context of such a course, as a language teacher, we are faced with a huge role conversion task. How to adapt to the new curriculum development, implement the new curriculum concept and achieve better professional growth? It is an important issue before us. The author combines his own teaching to teach ten years of experience and insights, summed up the Chinese teachers to obtain their own professional growth of the three major Raiders.
