简单介绍了固体火箭发动机动力系统结构燃烧室壳体的结构、材料性能。针对生产加工中出现的振纹、变形等问题,提出了超硬度高强度薄壁件车削的加工工艺方法,详细介绍了所用工装的结构设计方案、实际加工参数及主要注意事项。实践表明,这一加工工艺方法既提高了生产加工效率,又能保证产品加工质量。
The structure and material properties of combustion chamber shell of solid rocket motor power system are briefly introduced. Aiming at the problems of vibration and deformation in production and processing, the machining technology of turning of super-hard and high-strength thin-walled parts is put forward. The structural design scheme, the actual machining parameters and the main points of attention are introduced in detail. Practice shows that this processing technology not only improves the production and processing efficiency, but also ensure the quality of product processing.
