上海交通大学高分子材料研究所为满足LCD产业严格要求而专门研制的PI-5型聚酰亚胺,是采用了特殊的合成工艺、对原材料进行严格处理、产品经分级精制后而制得的,因而保证了产品的高纯度和高质量.其定向能力、耐热性、电绝缘性、机械力学性、化学稳定性等均已达到国际同类产品水平.由于在分子结构中引入了特殊基团,从而大大提高了粘附性,与玻璃、硅等衬底有极好的粘附性,远胜于一般的聚酰亚胺、聚酯亚胺、聚醚亚胺等.因粘附力强,使用时勿需预涂偶联剂就可与玻璃牢固粘结,工艺较简单.
