我国农村中小学教师信息技术教学能力与城市教师相比呈现出较大的差别,教师不仅在信息技术技能掌握上相对滞后,其教学行为和观念发展间有一定的不同步性。调研数据显示这些差别与农村中小学管理制度建设滞后、信息技术应用模式单一以及某些信息技术产品门槛设置较高,普及性差等原因有关。为了促进农村中小学教师教育技术能力跨越式发展,弥合城乡差异,研究认为完善与信息化革新配套的制度建设、改进教学信息化产品的针对性、降低使用技术门槛和成本是可以尝试的改进策略。
Compared with urban teachers, the teachers’ ability of teaching information technology in primary and secondary schools in rural areas in our country shows a big difference. Teachers not only lag behind in the mastery of information technology skills, but also have some unsynchronized relations between them. Survey data show that these differences and the rural primary and secondary management system lags behind, the application of a single mode of information technology and some high barriers to entry of information technology products, the popularity of poor and other reasons. In order to promote the leapfrog development of rural primary and secondary school teachers’ educational technology, to bridge the gap between urban and rural areas, to study ways to improve the system construction of supporting information innovation, improve the pertinence of teaching informational products, and to reduce the technical threshold and cost, we can try our best to improve the strategy .
