如何在课堂教学中培养学生的创新能力,激发学生的创新动机,发展学生的创新思维,是摆在每一个数学教师面前的一个重要课题。教学中可以通过有意识地培养学生的创新意识;善于激发不同层次学生的创新动机;积极发展学生的创新思维。同时,教师还要注意自身的知识和能力储备,以教师人格的力量和高尚真挚的情感,以数学知识本身的艺术魅力吸引住每一位学生的心,使之受到感染和激励,从而促进学生人格的健全发展。
