某医院紧紧围绕院党委提出的战略发展目标,以平衡记分卡原理建立了科学合理的绩效考评指标体系,通过财务、客户、工作进程和员工的学习与成长四个维度将医院的战略目标分解到各个部门和分支机构,进而分解到每个岗位每个员工。根据部门职能和专业特点,设立不同的绩效考评指标,采用阶段线性计分法、排名定分法、等第赋分法和加减分法相结合的评分标准,通过现场考核和非现场考核相结合的方法,按季进行考核。运用这种考核方法,将单位、部门、个人绩效有机地结合起来,通过一段时间的实践,有效地促进了医院的绩效进步,实现了医院的战略目标,提高了职工的敬业度、满意度。
