Three years ago, at the Grain Market Outlook held by the National Cereals and Oils Information Center, I made a speech on the question of “three questions”. The first one asked why the price of wheat went up. The second question was whether there was a shortage of domestic corn. The third question was Is not the arrival of a new domestic grain cycle?
