随着我国经济的发展以及社会的进步,传统的养老供养结构受到了非常大的影响,因而,农村养老模式也发生了较大的变化。尤其是自国家实行计划生育政策以来,不断有年轻的农村劳动力涌入城市当中,导致农村居民出现比较严重的老龄化现象。为此,需要采用新型的社会养老保险制度才能适应当前的经济发展,解决农村老龄化问题。笔者在本文探究农户新农保参保意愿及其影响因素,并提出相关的建议。
With the economic development of our country and the progress of society, the traditional pension provision structure has been greatly affected. Therefore, the rural pension reform mode has also undergone great changes. In particular, since the introduction of the family planning policy by the state, there has been an influx of young rural laborers into the cities, resulting in the relatively serious aging of rural residents. Therefore, we need to adopt a new social pension insurance system to adapt to the current economic development and solve the problem of rural aging. In this paper, the author explores the farmers willingness to participate in new insurance and its influencing factors, and put forward relevant suggestions.
