群众文艺创作是群众文艺活动的基础,是人民群众在业余时间从事的一项具有创造性的艺术活动,是整个公共文化事业发展繁荣的重要组成部分。本文提出要以学习贯彻习总书记“讲话”精神为指针,树立以人民为需求的工作导向,坚持贯彻“三贴近”的原则,不断增强文艺创新意识和精品意识,创作出更多更好有本土特色的文艺作品,不断满足人民群众对精神文化生活多样化的需求。
Mass literary creation is the foundation of mass literary activities, a creative artistic activity that the masses of the people are engaged in during their spare time, and an important part of the development and prosperity of the entire public cultural undertaking. This paper proposes that we should set the guideline of working for the needs of the people and stick to the principle of “three closeness” with the guidance of studying and implementing the spirit of General Secretary “Speech ” and constantly enhance the awareness of literary and artistic creation and the awareness of fine products to create more More and better literature and art with local characteristics, and constantly meet the people’s spiritual and cultural life of the diverse needs.
