自上世纪50年代起,上海的许多院校就相继开始了少数民族教育工作的摸索实践。进入90年代后,少数民族从边疆地区以考学、应届毕业生就业、人才引进等方式进入上海学习生活。他们中的许多人成为了今天的“新上海人”。据2010年第六次人口普查数据显示,上海少数民族人口中,31.3%拥有大专及以上学历——这个数字,比全市平均水平高出了8.5个百分点。金梅上海市民宗委副主任金梅是朝鲜族,她就是从外地考学进入上海的。
Since the 1950s, many colleges and universities in Shanghai have successively started the exploration and practice of education for ethnic minorities. After entering the 90’s, the ethnic minorities from the border areas to test the exam, the employment of graduates, the introduction of qualified personnel to enter Shanghai to study life.
