我们收集了患男性不育症的油工精液45份检测分析,并与正常生育组精液数据比较,现测知,油工不育组和正常生育组精液在精液量、精子计数、精子活动率、“Ⅲ、Ⅱ、0”级精子百分率,正常及异常形态精子百分率,生精细胞计数、生精细胞分类中的初级精母细胞、次数精母细胞、精子细胞百分率、α-葡萄糖苷酶活性、“g”型精子及总肿胀精子百分率间比较,经τ检验处理,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。油漆类物质对生殖系统造成不同程度的损害。
