回归热型结节牲非化脓性脂膜炎简称结节性脂膜炎(Weber-Christian disease),本病是一种较少见的变态反应性疾病,误诊率较高。现将笔者所见并经病理证实的一例报告如下: 病历摘要患者,女性,20岁,已婚,农民,主因全身反复性皮下结节15天伴高热7天,于1986年8月30日入院。患者于8月15日无明显诱因出现双下肢皮下散在性硬结,疼痛不明显。3月23日突然发热,体温39.5℃,无寒战、咳嗽、胸痛、腹痛、腹泻及膀胱刺激征,自感咽部不适、疼痛,服用去痛片等高热不退。8月26日渐觉双膝关节疼痛、四肢、躯干再次出现散在性皮下结节。初起为红色,1～2日后
