对骨内牙种植体（叶状、螺旋状、圆柱状复合对值体）功能负荷后１～５年患者１３１例，３１２枚种植体进行了牙周健康（松动度、牙石、龈炎、菌斑指数）检查，Ｘ线片牙槽骨边缘高度测量，龈沟深度测量等多项指标检查。结果，牙周健康０～１级者占９５％～９８．７％，龈沟深度２ｍｍ内者占９７％，牙槽骨高度增加及不变者占７０．５％，骨吸收者占２９．５％，骨吸收均值为１．２３ｍｍ．３１２枚种植体中２９３枚种植体（占９３．９％）达Ⅰ级效果，１３枚（４．６％）达Ⅱ级效果，失败６枚（１．５％）。
Of 131 patients and 312 implants with periodontal health (mobility, calculus, gingivitis, bacteria Plaque index) examination, X-ray alveolar bone height measurement, measurement of the depth of the gingival sulcus and many other indicators check. Results, periodontal health 0 to 1 accounted for 95% to 98.7%, gingival sulcus within 2mm within 97%, alveolar bone height increased and unchanged accounted for 70.5%, bone resorption accounted for 29%. 5%, bone resorption mean 1.23mm. Of the 312 implants, 293 implants (93.9%) achieved grade I results, 13 (4.6%) achieved grade II effects and 6 failed (1.5%) implants.
