一、前言在无产阶级文化大革命的胜利凯歌声中,玉门石油管理局机械厂于1974年试验成功了液体碳氮硼三元共渗新工艺,并在生产应用中取得成效。近年来,国内不少单位在扩大试验与应用中,不断有所改进与发展(如气体法的出现)。我们在学习玉门厂经验的基础上,对盐浴进行了一些改进,并于1975年始与内蒙农牧机械研究所协作进行了使用试验。我们曾用三元共渗工艺处理了一批剪羊毛机刀片,尤以三元共渗的上刀片与液体氰化的下刀片配对使用效果显著,与一般淬火刀片相比,寿命提高4~5
I. Preface In the victorious triumph of the proletarian cultural revolution, the Yumen Petroleum Administration Machinery Factory successfully tested the new liquid carbonitriding boron ternary process in 1974 and achieved fruitful results in production and application.
