《第五项修炼》问世以来,学习型组织以当今最新企业管理的科学模式风靡全球,成为企业中的员工从“经济人”到“社会人”到“决策人”,企业管理理论从“传统管理理论”到“行为管理理论”到“现代管理理论”的里程碑。实现企业的现代化管理不能不研究“人”,对“人”的管理是企业的根本性管理。“人本主义管理”的核心内涵就是强调以“人”为核心的管理。胡永康的《从“自我超越”看人本主义管理》就是从企业管理的演变过程分析入手阐述了“人本主义管理”的必然方展趋势乃其科学意义。
