中华人民共和国宪法草案已经由中央人民政府委员会通过公布了。宪法草案肯定了中国人民长期革命斗争的成果和建国以来所取得的伟大成就,并明确规定了国家在过渡时期的总任务。因而这是继总路线宣布之后,中国人民政治生活中又一件极其重大的政治事件。全省各地必须像宣传和讨论总路线时一样,大张旗鼓地向人民群众进行宪法草案的宣传,并组织讨论。为此,中共山西省委特发出专门指示,要求各级党委加强对宪法草案的宣传和讨论的领导。全省从六月十五日至八月十五日两个月的时间内,要组织两万以上的干部参加工作队,并要大批训练基
The draft constitution of the People’s Republic of China has been promulgated by the Central People’s Government Committee. The draft constitution affirmed the fruits of the long-term revolutionary struggle of the Chinese people and the great achievements made since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, and clearly stipulated the general task of the state in the transitional period. Therefore, this is yet another extremely significant political incident in the political life of the Chinese people, following the announcement of the general line. The entire province must, like publicizing and discussing the general line, launch the draft constitution to the people in a big way and organize discussions. To this end, the CPC Shanxi Provincial Committee issued a special directive to require Party committees at all levels to step up publicity and discussion of the draft constitution. Over the two-month period from June 15 to August 15, the province should organize more than 20,000 cadres to join the task force and train a large number of training bases
