从表现为褐斑或纹枯症状的小麦上分离到两种不同的丝核菌分离物。菌丝融合鉴定表明前者属月Rhizoctonia solani AG-4;后者属Rhizoctonia cerealis AGD(即CAGl)。两种分离物在人工接种条件下对小麦均有致病作用,但同一丝核菌的不同接种体状态和接种方法可诱致不同的发病率和病害严重度。研究结果表明,危害贵州省小麦的病原丝核菌至少有两种,一种是R.Ceralis AGD(即CAl),另一种是R.Solani AG-4。
Two different Rhizoctonia isolates were isolated from wheat that showed symptoms of brown spots or withered twigs. Mycelial fusion identification showed that the former was Rhizoctonia solani AG-4; the latter was Rhizoctonia cerealis AGD (CAGl). Both isolates had pathogenic effects on wheat under artificial inoculation conditions, but different inoculum status and inoculation methods of the same Rhizoctonia solani could induce different morbidity and disease severity. The results showed that there were at least two pathogenic Rhizoctonia solani in Guizhou Province, one was R.Ceralis AGD (CAl) and the other was R.Solani AG-4.
