目前,中国的四大经济区域差距依然较大,究其原因,资本市场发展不均衡是一个重要因素。缩小我国各区域之间发展的差距,就需要促进落后地区尤其是中西部地区经济的发展,如何利用资本市场促进中西部区域经济的发展也就成了一个重要问题。对此,可以从以下几方面考虑:第一,国家在政策方面对于中西部区域给予照顾或优惠。第二,积极培育中西部资本市场。应该考虑设立中西部证券交易所,改变我国资本中心偏集东部的状况。第三,中西部地区要积极培养和开发一批质地优良的上市公司后备
