引起T波变化的原因很多,机理也各不相同,现报告1例与心动周期长度有关的明显T波变化,并对其可能机理作一简要讨论。患者男性,48岁,患风湿性心脏病、二尖瓣狭窄,5年前行二尖瓣分离术,术后心功能一直良好,正常工作。附图(见第237页)系体检时记录。上行V_5导联示窦性心律,心律基本规则,各心动T波形态及方向基本一致,无明显变化;下两行系V_5导联连续记录,示窦性心律伴显著窦性心律不齐,在出现长间歇时可见明显T波倒置,且倒置深度与前一心动周期的长度成比例。出
