对于从小学升入初中的学生来说,学习的内容和学习的环境都发生了非常大的变化,尤其是数学。相较于其他科目,数学在学习内容上几乎与小学的知识没有联系,学生在学习时会因为学习能力、学习方法等因素的不同而在学习效果上出现很大差异。此时就需要教师进行分层教育,根据不同学生的学习方法和能力来因材施教。本文将从分层教学入手,对如何在初中教学中运用分层教学法来促进学生的进步进行探讨。
For students from elementary school to junior high school, the learning content and learning environment have undergone tremendous changes, especially in mathematics. Compared with other subjects, mathematics has almost no connection with elementary school knowledge in the learning content. Students may experience great differences in learning effect due to different learning abilities, learning methods and other factors. At this point teachers need to be layered education, according to different students’ learning methods and abilities to teach according to their aptitude. This article will start with the layered teaching, and discuss how to use the layered teaching method to promote the progress of students in junior high school teaching.
