今年夏季自进入汛期以来,四川暴雨连续不断,洪涝、滑坡、泥石流等灾害致使省内宜宾、绵阳、遂宁、德阳、广元、南充、达州、阿坝、泸州、内江、资阳、雅安等联通分公司10余个市州的基站大面积停电及部分传输杆路被洪水冲毁,通信设施大面积受损。营业网点被迫停业搬迁、光缆被冲断、基站停电中断,给公司通信畅通带来巨大威胁。截止7月23日,影响基站累计达12264站次,其中退服9492站次,累计影响用户数154万人次。累计损毁光缆、电缆近800皮长公里。通信杆路累计倒断杆2858根。据不完全统计,直接经济损失近2000万元。
Since the flood season began in this summer, torrential rains in Sichuan have been continuous and floods, landslides and mudslides have caused such disasters as Yibin, Mianyang, Suining, Deyang, Guangyuan, Nanchong, Dazhou, Aba, Luzhou, Neijiang, Ziyang and Ya’an in the province.
