在城市分区水污染控制经验设计方案基础上,本文利用系统工程概念,对城市水污染控制系统规划设计方法进行了研究。这种规划设计方法分:分区经验设计优选,城市组合方案优选及城市组合方案费用分析三个步骤。这种规划设计过程使最终决策的城市水污染控制系统规划方案更为实用。
Based on the experience design scheme of urban district water pollution control, this paper uses the concept of system engineering to study the urban water pollution control system planning and design methods. This kind of planning and design method is divided into three steps: district experience design optimization, urban combination scheme optimization and city combination scheme cost analysis. This planning and design process makes the final decision-making urban water pollution control system planning scheme more practical.
