2010年,省人大常委会将立法后评估作为立法工作重点加以推进。欧广源主任在省十一届人大常委会第二十次会议上明确指出,要加强立法后评估工作,做好《广东省实施〈中华人民共和国民族区域自治法〉办法》等法规实施情况的评估。为此,常委会专门成立了由谢强华副主任为组长的评估工作领导小组,负责部署和指导评估工作的开展。
