随着我国社会经济的不断发展,社会文明条件也得到了相应改善,人们在生活质量提高的过程中,也加深了人口老龄化问题。我国军队离退休干部的人数逐渐增加,人口老龄化问题得到社会范围的广泛关注。提升人们生活的幸福指数,需要强化军队离退休干部管理工作的强度,创新军队离退休干部管理工作的思路,加强管理策略,保证离退休干部的晚年幸福。
With the continuous development of our country’s social economy, the conditions for social civilization have also been correspondingly improved. People have also deepened the problem of population aging in the process of improving their quality of life. The number of retired cadres in our armed forces has been gradually increasing. The issue of population aging has drawn widespread attention in the society. To enhance the happiness index of people’s lives, we need to intensify the management of retired cadres in the armed forces, innovate the thinking of the management of retired cadres in the armed forces, and strengthen management strategies to ensure the happiness of retired cadres in their later years.
