目的观察甲状腺功能不同状态下血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(cystatin C,Cys C)水平变化及与甲状腺功能的相关性。方法采用化学发光免疫分析法测定30例甲状腺功能亢进症患者(甲亢组)、30例甲状腺功能减退症患者(甲减组)血清FT3,FT4和sTSH浓度;选择同期健康体检者30名为对照组,采用乳胶粒子增强散射免疫比浊法测定血清Cys C水平,采用直线相关分析法分析血清Cys C水平与甲状腺功能的相关性。结果 3组血清Cys C水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲亢组血清Cys C水平较对照组及甲减组明显升高(P<0.01),甲减组血清Cys C水平较对照组明显下降(P<0.05);血清Cys C水平与FT3,FT4变化呈正相关(r=0.665,0.573,P<0.01),血清Cys C水平与sTSH呈负相关(r=-0.487,P<0.01)。结论甲状腺功能变化可影响血清CysC水平。
Objective To observe the changes of serum cystatin C (Cys C) levels and their relationship with thyroid function under different status of thyroid function. Methods Thirty patients with hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism group) and 30 hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism) patients were treated with chemiluminescence immunoassay. The serum concentrations of FT3, FT4 and sTSH were determined. Thirty healthy subjects were selected as the control group , Serum Cys C levels were measured by latex particle-enhanced immunosorbent assay. The correlation between serum Cys C level and thyroid function was analyzed by linear correlation analysis. Results Serum levels of Cys C in the three groups were significantly different (P <0.05). Serum levels of Cys C in hyperthyroidism group were significantly higher than those in control group and hypothyroidism group (P <0.01) (R = 0.665, 0.573, P <0.01). The level of serum Cys C was negatively correlated with sTSH (r = -0.487, P <0.01) . Conclusions Thyroid function changes may affect serum CysC level.
