为促进嗜酸粒细胞基础与临床研究的发展,本文提供了一种不伴肺阻力增加的SD大鼠支气管肺高嗜酸粒细胞模型的制备方法。结果显示:Sephadex-G200造模组支气管肺灌洗液中嗜酸粒细胞与嗜酸粒细胞占白细胞的百分比较生理盐水对照组明显增加(P=0.0101和0.0076),两组之间白细胞数无明显差异(P=0.6038)。不同剂量乙酰胆碱吸入均可明显增加两组SD大鼠的肺阻力(P=0.0243和0.0043),两组之间肺阻力的增加无明显差异。证明Sephadex诱导的支气管肺嗜酸粒细胞增多不影响SD大鼠对乙酰胆碱吸入的反应性
To promote the development of basic and clinical studies of eosinophils, we provide a method for the preparation of a rat model of bronchoalveolar eosinophilia without pulmonary resistance increase. The results showed that the percentages of eosinophils and eosinophils leucocytes in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of Sephadex-G200 model group were significantly higher than that of saline control group (P = 0.0101 and 0.0076) No significant difference in the number of white blood cells (P = 0.6038). Different doses of acetylcholine inhalation can significantly increase lung resistance in two groups of SD rats (P = 0.0243 and 0.0043), no significant difference in lung resistance between the two groups. Demonstrated that Sephadex-induced bronchopulmonary eosinophilia did not affect the reactivity of SD rats to acetylcholine inhalation
