热风阀为高炉冶炼所使用的一种重要设备。在送风期,热风阀打开,所有热空气(1100~1300℃,0.3~0.5MPa)都要经过热风阀送往高炉;在热风炉燃烧期,热风阀关闭,热风阀面向热风炉的一侧承受很大的热负荷。密封性能的好坏是衡量热风阀质量的重要标志之一。长期以来,热风阀阀盖上两阀杆孔处的密封,一直靠填料盒中加耐火纤维绳填料,再用压盖压紧的办法来密封。由于该阀为常开常闭阀,阀杆和阀盖上配合孔相对运动频繁,加之该阀工作介质为高温高压气体,上述密封装置的可靠性较差,使用中每隔2~3个月阀盖上两阀杆配合孔处就出现严重泄漏,被迫停风检修,这不仅费工费时,更重要的是严重影响高炉的正常生产,所以改进热风阀阀杆密封装置显得十分迫切。为此,我厂有关技术人员经过努力攻关,应用新材料,采用新设计,制造出了新一代浮动密封装置,经实践验证,效果良好。

To this end, I plant the relevant technical staff through efforts to tackle key issues, the use of new materials, the use of new designs to create a new generation of floating seal, proven by practice with good results.
