一所学校的发展成败在教师,所以打造一支优秀的教师团队非常关键。每一所学校的教师尽管任职年龄专业水平方面有差异,但各学科中总有一个或几个佼佼者,成立由他们领衔的学科名师工作室,能更好地促进教师专业发展。一、好中选优,确定领衔扬州市教育局、广陵区教育局已经进行了多年的三级骨干教师评选工作。我们学校的校级、中层管理人员都是从学科教学的佼佼者中提拔的,大都是三级骨干,教研组长也是由学科教学的优秀教师担任。学科名师工作室领衔人就从这些优秀教师中遴选,采取主动报名和学校推荐相结合的方法。作为领衔人,首先要有为他人服务的思想,要有和同事一起成长的双赢心态。如作为江苏省小学语文特级教师,我首先带头担任语文学科名师
