在企业的发展过程中,通过EAP营造一个促进员工自我适应、不断改变、提升自我的环境,引导员工主动适应企业、适应社会、主动调整自我,树立和保持良好精神状态,这是企业各级管理者的工作目标,也是企业持续稳健发展的内在要求。当代组织行为学研究表明,一个组织是否健康,关键要看这个组织是否有健康的心理状态、成功的胜任特征和创新的组织文化,而组织健康的心理状态归根结底是源自于每一位员工的心理健康状况。
