目的 :探讨陈旧性颌骨骨折治疗中板的应用价值。方法 :对 75例陈旧性颌骨骨折患者进行手术治疗 ,术前制作板 ,利用板的引导作用准确复位 ,再行钛板坚实内固定。结果 :术后随访 6个月～ 1年。所有患者咬合关系恢复良好且稳定 ,能发挥正常的咀嚼功能。结论 :陈旧性颌骨骨折治疗中 ,板的应用可确保颌骨骨折内固定后上下颌骨的正常咬合关系 ,提高手术的精确度。
Objective: To explore the value of the treatment of the old jaw fractures in the plate. Methods: Seventy-five patients with old fractures of the jaw were surgically treated. The preoperative plate was made and accurately repositioned by the guidance of the sampan plate. The plate was fixed with titanium plate again. Results: The patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year. All patients with good and stable bite relationship, can play the normal masticatory function. Conclusion: The treatment of obsolete jaw fractures can be used to ensure the normal occlusion of maxilla and mandible after internal fixation of mandibular fractures, and to improve the accuracy of the operation.
