超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)为清除超氧化物自由基(O_2~-)的重要抗氧酶。关于病人血液中SOD活性变化已有报道,但至今还未见有人对其性质变化进行研究。本文比较观察了412例正常人与443例11种疾病患者血中的SOD总含量,首次发现7种疾病患者及60～80岁健康老人血中存在无活性SOD。
Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is an important antioxidant enzyme that scavenges superoxide radical (O 2 -). Changes in the patient’s blood SOD activity has been reported, but so far no one to study the nature of its changes. This article comparatively observed the blood total SOD content in 412 normal subjects and 443 patients with 11 kinds of diseases, and found the inactive SOD in the blood of 7 diseases and healthy aged 60-80 years old for the first time.
