喎僻贴的制备及临床应用

目的 :探讨 口呙 僻贴外用膏剂的制备方法及治疗面神经麻痹的疗效。方法 :采用松香、氧化锌、苯二甲酸二丁酯等做成的新基质 ,加入中药提取物 ,制成浅黄色的外贴膏剂 ,运用单盲对照法观察其临床疗效。结果 :共观察 10 4例 ,总有效率 口呙 僻贴组 (6 6例 )为 86 .36 % ,对照组 (38例 )为 6 8.42 %。结论 :口呙 僻贴性能稳定 ,使用方便安全 ,疗效确切 ,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective : To explore the preparation method of oral plaster with external application and the curative effect of facial nerve paralysis. Methods : A new matrix made of rosin, zinc oxide, and dibutyl phthalate was used. The Chinese herbal extracts were added to make a light yellow external plaster. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by a single-blind method. Results: A total of 104 cases were observed. The total effective rate was 86.36% in the remote patch group (66 cases) and 6.842% in the control group (38 cases). Conclusion : The taste of the mouth is stable, convenient and safe to use, and the curative effect is definite. It has certain clinical application value.
