在给定结构拓外和几何形状的条件下,以结构质量为目标函数,按空间刚架模型推导了井架结构模糊优化设计公式。约束包括尺寸上、下限约束、应力约束、刚度约束、位移约束、局部稳定约束和整体稳定约束。设计变量为杆件横截面积。文中充分考虑了各种约束条件的模糊性,用所编制的计算机程序,计算了工程实例。结果表明:文中方法对井架结构模糊优化设计适用,必须考虑优化中整体稳定约束。井架结构模糊优化设计与井架结构非模糊优化设计相比更加合理,经济效益更加显著。
Under the condition that the structure is out of shape and geometry, the fuzzy optimization design formula of derrick structure is deduced according to the spatial rigid frame model with the structural quality as the objective function. Constraints include upper and lower bound constraints, stress constraints, stiffness constraints, displacement constraints, local stability constraints, and overall stability constraints. Design variables for the rod cross-sectional area. In this paper, the fuzziness of various constraints is fully considered, and the computer program compiled is used to calculate the engineering examples. The results show that the method proposed in this paper is suitable for fuzzy optimization design of derrick structure, and the overall stability constraint in optimization must be considered. The fuzzy optimization design of the derrick structure is more reasonable than the non-fuzzy optimization design of the derrick structure, and the economic benefits are more significant.
