Excessive and inadequate cooperation has brought many problems to the criminal procedure and the quality of the case. Therefore, it is necessary for our country to learn from the beneficial practices in the western investigation system and to give procuratorial organs the power of investigation and guidance so that the procuratorial organs can exercise their functions of prosecution better. Second, while giving a great deal of work and contribution to prosecutorial crimes and maintaining social stability, we should not neglect to do so in the course of investigation activities.
