前些日子,与一位朋友聊天,说他们那里出现了数字化“民主”选官现象:他单位要新增几名中层干部,人选由全体职工无记名投票,按得票多少排序确定,以真正体现民意。前来主持这次选任工作的同志说,这是干部选拔任用制度的重大改革,一人一票最民主了。可结果,朋友真心佩服的公道正派、业务素质均佳的同事以一票或几票之差落选了,而一些品行欠佳、很会“为人”的业务平庸之辈却榜上有名。他说,只要被“群众”推荐上了,其实就意味着被任命了,余下的工作只是走走形式。他说,他们单位的风气不算好,不少同事拉帮结派,党同伐异,选举之前互相走
A few days ago, I chatted with a friend about the digital democratical election phenomenon in his place: he wanted to add several middle-level cadres in his unit. Candidates should be voted on by secret votes of all staff members and sorted according to how many votes were drawn so as to truly reflect public opinion . Comrades who came to preside over this elective election said that this is a major reform of the system of selecting and appointing cadres. It is the most democratic one-person-one-vote. As a result, my colleagues, who are genuinely adored by friends, voted with one or several votes, while those who were not well-behaved and who were “business-as-you-go” were just-named.
