2017年以来,以上海市质协为主体的调研组持续开展上海市制造业企业质量管理状况的调查工作。本文通过对调研过程中的记录、现象、讨论、建议和意见等,并结合作者自身的感受和思考,进行了总结归纳,简要分析了上海市制造业企业质量管理的明显问题,针对性地提出了改进建议,以助力上海制造业企业质量管理水平的提升。
Since 2017, the research team led by Shanghai Association for Quality Assurance has continuously carried out the investigation of the quality management of manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai.
