介绍自贡市在具有浅埋地下洞室的山坡上修建10层高楼的地基处理方法。地下洞室净跨8m,洞顶上作为地基的覆盖层岩质条件较差,灰岩与泥岩相间,厚度仅为2~5m,覆跨比0.25~0.62。通过工程地质方法的分析及上部结构与岩石地基共同作用的数值计算,确定将覆盖层厚度用混凝土填高到6m,使覆跨比增至0.75,并在岩石与地下洞室衬砌之间进行灌浆处理。楼房修建过程中及修建完成后,一直在进行地基沉降量测,实测数据与计算吻合,确保了工程安全。
This paper introduces the foundation treatment method for the construction of a 10-story tall building on a hillside with a shallow underground cavern in Zigong City. The net clearance of underground caverns is 8m. The rock conditions of the overburden as the foundation are poor. The limestone and mudstone are alternated, and the thickness is only 2-5m, and the overburden ratio is 0.25-0.62. Through the analysis of engineering geology methods and numerical calculation of the interaction between the superstructure and the rock foundation, it was determined that the thickness of the overburden was filled up to 6m with concrete so that the overburden ratio was increased to 0.75 and between the rock and the underground cavern lining. Grout treatment. During the construction of the building and after the completion of the construction, the settlement measurement of the foundation has been carried out. The measured data are consistent with the calculations to ensure the safety of the project.
