睡眠呼吸暂停综合征已成为不稳定型心绞痛、心肌梗死、脑卒中等心、脑血管疾病的独立危险因素。血小板及其粘附分子在动脉血栓形成中起了重要作用,监测血小板及其粘附分子,有助于减少睡眠呼吸暂停练合征的心、脑血管并发症。
Sleep apnea syndrome has become an independent risk factor for unstable angina, myocardial infarction, stroke and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Platelets and their adhesion molecules play an important role in arterial thrombosis. Monitoring of platelets and their adhesion molecules helps to reduce the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications associated with sleep apnea syndrome.
