分析自１９１５年以来现代滦河三角洲的形成、发展和萎缩的过程。并以其演变规律为依据，提出现代滦河三角洲东岸是建造大中型港口的优良港址。
Analysis of the formation, development and shrinkage of the modern Luan River Delta since 1915. Based on its evolution law, it is proposed that the east coast of the modern Luanhe Delta is an excellent port for the construction of large and medium-sized ports.
